Tangential flow filtration (TFF) is a core step in downstream processing for clarification, concentration and diafiltration. TECNIC provides TFF platforms across scales so you can keep the same operating logic as you move from development to pilot and production, with consistent control of key variables like tangential flow, TMP and ΔP.

Choose the membrane format that fits your process, including cassette and hollow fiber options, and run the workflows you need (concentration, diafiltration, leak test and water flux test). Automation and data management are built in through the HMI/SCADA, with recipe execution, trends, alarms, reports and optional CIP/SIP depending on the configuration.

Scaling TFF without performance loss

For TFF operations, the kits are designed to support typical steps such as flushing, concentration and diafiltration, with consistent connections for feed, retentate and permeate lines. The goal is a faster, cleaner setup and repeatable runs without cleaning between batches.

Single-use consumables for bioreactors and mixing

You’ve seen our single-use bioreactor platforms, now explore the consumables that complete the workflow. The eBag range includes 2D and 3D single-use bags and single-use vessels, manufactured in our in-house ISO 7 cleanroom under aseptic conditions and supplied ready-to-use after gamma irradiation. Configurations can be adapted by volume and fittings, with multiple port layouts and common connector and tubing options to integrate smoothly into your setup.
